The largest annual sustainability event organized by TAISE, the 2024 Third SDG Asia Exposition was held at the Taipei World Trade Center from August 8th to the 10th. This coincided with the grand opening of the 14th Climate Change Painting Competition Exhibit, which showcased 89 award-winning artworks from all over Taiwan, the first ever Digital Arts division's award-winning pieces, and the International Competition - Traditional Artwork division's award-winning pieces.
TAISE would like to thank Epson Taiwan for sponsoring three projectors for the three-day event, which displayed with high definition the award-winning artworks from the Digital Arts division and the International Competition - Traditional Artwork division. It also allowed those attending to be the first to appreciate the exhibit's highlight reel! Thanks also to Dr. Morita for the generous donation of their wonderful products for the raffle, showering our expo attendees with delightful surprises. Thanks to Longchen Paper & Packaging for generously providing their 2.0 version of environmentally friendly paper tables and chairs. The lighter and easier-to-assemble tables and chairs amazed people of all ages. In this exhibit, TAISE also held a 2024 Family-Bonding Picture Book Workshop in collaboration with ARTCO KIDS and gave away the picture book The Grand Hotel of Feelings in hopes that everyone can develop better emotion regulation and stay healthy mentally.
In addition, this year's artwork exhibit included a "We are all Young Ambassadors of Health and Wellness - Arts & Crafts area", providing coloring worksheets for the public to learn about the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and become young ambassadors to promote living a healthy, environmentally conscious life. The exhibit also included a detailed introduction to the SDGs17 project goals. Finally, thanks to QMOLiu Stationery for donating 72 colorful markers, allowing children of all ages to express themselves creatively through art.
Thanks once again to all of our participating partners: Good Neighbor Foundation, Grape King Bio Ltd., Shin Kong Life Insurance Co.
