For us to pass a healthy Mother Earth to the children and future generation, we have to as well take care of ourselves. If we are healthy, we have enough personal asset to make this world a better place for us and for the people to come.We should eat healthy foods, drink enough water, exercise, be happy, learn new things, be kind, and practice good hygiene. On the other hand, we have to avoid drugs, unhealthy foods, cigarettes, and sleeping late.
